The product was very easy to setup and use. All of the directions that came with the product were clear and the product operated as proclaimed. Placing PDF files on the Kindle was straight forward, which caused a problem, normally things are not as easy as the directions that came with the Kindle, once the directions were followed it was a snap to operate.
The only thing that I would like to see with the Kindle is the ability to organize documents into folders, at present there are only three options "Most Recent First", "Title", and "Author", which is fine if you are only using for books.
