I just received the Kindle DX. It was a little smaller than I expected. But actually, I like the size. Mainly I will use it for reading PDFs. Initially, I thought I would need to put it in landscape to more easily read it. But actually portrait is perfect. It is really super on the eyes. In whatever other readers might be better. For me the most important thing is that it reads easy. For that reason, I'm very happy. I don't care that moving a page doesn't animate. That doesn't make the reading experience better. This thing just reads very good.
